Our Founders & Team
While juggling life as a busy Harvard Business School student, co-founder Ronald Dickson depended on e-commerce for nearly everything, from clothes and notebooks to meal kits and more. But despite retailers’ promises of convenience and quality, the experience frequently fell short at the final step: packages delivered to the wrong address.
The dreaded “We Missed You!” notice became all too familiar, and packages were sometimes stolen while he studied in his room. It quickly became clear that the greatest untapped opportunity in e-commerce existed where retailers had the least control: the journey from warehouse to doorstep. That realization led to the creation of Global Transport and Logistics Delivery, built to challenge traditional logistics thinking and prove that shipping can be not only reliable, but a seamless and enjoyable part of the e-commerce experience.
